Is Hemp Extract legal?

The 2018 Farm bill forever changed the history of Hemp. The bill legalized the cultivation, production, consumption, and possession of Hemp and Hemp derived products on a federal level.

While technically Hemp Extract should be legal everywhere, Hemp Extract laws by state still vary. Individual states have the power to regulate.

What is Hemp Extract?

Hemp Extract is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of the Hemp plant, as a medicine going back thousands of years. Today the therapeutic properties of Hemp Extract are being tested and confirmed by scientists and doctors around the world. A safe, non-addictive substance. 

Will Hemp Extract extract get you high?

No, it will not get you high, our Hemp Extract is tested to insure there is no THC detected.

How do we test our Hemp Extract 

We test our Hemp Extract prior to production to insure there is 20mg of Hemp Extract, then post test after production to insure the same level of Hemp Extract is in the product for the entire shelf life on our product. We also test with Process Authority which is a third party licensed test to determine and recommend pasteurization (or cooking) temperers and holding to produce a “commercially safe and stable product.” Additionally we test 300 data points for microbial, heavy metals and pesticides.
